Shipping & Delivery:

Most orders are shipped within 48 hours and arrive within 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking info upon shipment. Expedited shipping options are also available during checkout.  For next day delivery, you must order before noon EST.

Free standard UPS Ground shipping within the US for all orders over $150.
For US orders under $150, shipping will be a flat rate of $10.

Tax:
If you are placing an order shipping outside of New York state, there is no sales tax on your purchase.  All NY state orders will have sales tax added automatically during checkout.

Payment Options:
We accept Mastercard, Visa and Discover, as well as payments by any major credit card through Paypal.  *International customers, outside of North America - you may get an error message when attempting to check out with your credit card, please use Paypal instead.

Returns/Exchanges:
We stand behind all our products and will be happy to make an exchange or issue a refund for any purchase that you are not 100% satisfied with, if you notify us within 10 days of the receipt date. The shoes must be returned unworn, in perfect condition, including the packing materials. Please ship back securely packed, insured and with a request for signature for your own protection. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.  If free delivery was applied to the order the shipment charges will still be deducted.  Email info@cri-de-coeur.com for instructions on returning your order.

After 10 days from the receipt date, we can accept returns for store credit.  Absolutely no returns after 30 days from the ship date, or on worn products.  Orders received back after the allotted time period are subject to restocking fees.

Items more than 70% off the original price and ALL jewelry items are FINAL SALE, and therefore not returnable.

Sizing:
We’ve done our best to indicate sizing comments when a style might not fit true-to-size. If you have any questions about what size would be best, feel free to email info@cri-de-coeur.com.

Packaging:
In our efforts to be as eco-friendly as we can, many times we re-use shipping boxes for sending your order.  So if you're expecting a fancy custom box and tissue paper, don't be disappointed - the good stuff is on the inside ;)

International Orders:
We use International Priority Mail for all orders shipping outside of the US.  Shipping costs will be applied during checkout.  Please note you may be charged duties and/or taxes by your local postal service and/or government for your order.  Any duties/taxes charged are the sole responsibility of the recipient.  We have no way of knowing what the duties and/or taxes will be for each specific country.  Delivery timeframe is approximately 6-15 business days in transit.

Australia: $40 USD

Canada: $25 USD

European Countries: $30-37 USD

Mexico: $30 USD

United Kingdom: $30 USD
